Due to government mandates, Roseland Volkswagen has decided to minimize pubic access to our building. Our hours of operation have changed, as well as the conditions under which we are operating. Please see below.
Parts Department remains open 8am – 4pm (Mon-Fri)
Service Department remains open 8am – 4pm (Mon-Fri)
Sales Department remains open 9am – 5pm (Mon-Fri) & open Saturday for scheduled appointments
The Parts Department is open by phone and door side pickup only. Parts can be reached at 905-632-0222 extension 228. Please be prepared to pay by phone.
Service remains open by appointments and drop-offs only. Please be aware that we are only accepting vehicles that can be dropped off and picked up by the customer. Our service shuttle and waiting room are not operating at this time. Please be prepared to pay by phone. For further instructions on how to drop off your vehicle using our Drop-Box please scroll to the bottom of this page.
Sales is now open by appointment only. To make an appointment please give us a call at 905-632-0222 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our virtual showroom will also remain open 24/7 on our website at www.roselandvw.com where all our new and used inventory can be viewed.

SERVICE DROP-BOX PROCEDURE
Step 1: Please deposit keys into the key drop-box. To find our key drop-box please go in between the two buildings on our lot. There is a door labelled KEY DROP OFF that you will find on the south (pre-owned) building when standing in between both buildings. Inside you will find our drop-box.
Step 2: Please put your name and cell phone number on the envelope and sign at the bottom. Place your keys inside the envelope. Drop envelope into the drop-box slot.
Step 3: We will call or text you when service is complete on your vehicle.
Step 4: Payment can be made by visa or mastercard over the phone.
