Due to the risk of the COVID-19 virus, Roseland Volkswagen has decided to do our part by closing our service department and showroom until April 13th to help protect the health and safety of our customers, staff and community. *We will allow customers to book appointments for emergency service only. The parts department will remain open by phone only at 905-632-0222 extension 228. All updates will be posted to our website and to our Facebook page.
We will be reopening on April 13th with regular business hours. Please applaud this decision by deferring your business to us as we want Roseland Volkswagen to remain your top choice.

If you require urgent emergency service for your vehicle, call us to book an appointment. We will only be taking vehicles that can be dropped off and picked up by the customer as our doors remain closed to the public. Our customer shuttle is not in operation at this time. We ask that when you drop off your vehicle, fill out your information on an envelope, place your keys inside the envelope and drop into the box. This drop box is located inside the door labelled “Key Drop Off”. The door can be found along the side between the New and Pre-Owned buildings.
